Garlic Baguette

I have been baking again, and this time I'll write the recipe in English; or, at least try!
So,

Garlic Baguette
50 g of yeast (powder)
5 dl of water
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/2 dl of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
13 - 14 dl of flour




Use medium hot water, about 45 degrees celcius, pour it over the yeast in a bowl. Mix it together and add the squeezed garlic cloves, the oil, the salt and nearly all the flour. Keep some of the flour for after. Work on the dough either with your hands or machine until it's not sticky anymore. Cover the bowl up and let the dough rise for about 40 minutes.

Put the dough on your table, or any other work-space, that's covered in flour. Devide the dough into ten pieces. Shape the pieces as 20 cm long baguettes. Put the baguettes on an ovenplate. Let them rise for about 30 minutes. Put them in the pre-heated oven (250 degrees celcius) and bake them for about 12 minutes. Let them rest uncovered on a grate, for at least 15 minutes.

Te

Da jeg var i Oslo nå nettopp drakk jeg en fantastisk god te på Deli de Luca. Jeg la heldigvis merke til hva slags merke det var og det var Numi, økologisk sort, grønn og hvit te som smaker helt herlig! Jeg smakte den som heter Aged Earl Grey, og det er sjeldent at pose-te er godt, men denne var supergod.

Frokost


Klokka er 22.19 og jeg har nettopp lest på en blogg som bare har bilder av frokosten til en person. Jeg fikk sånn skikkelig lyst til å spise god frokost, bare synd det egentlig er kveldsmattid. Hvorfor tenker jeg aldri på å lage meg sånn yoghurtnaturell-med-nøtter-musli-og-diverse til frokost? Jeg lager meg til nød musli med en banan oppi..sjeldent!
